Manage Bulk Send Templates

We’re sending renewal notices to [N=86] clients next Monday. Add two automated reminders to the bulk send template: one three days before [deadline] and one on the [deadline], so account managers get alerted if recipients haven’t signed.

Account managers will blame reminders that are too frequent or unclear. Update the bulk send template for [N=86] renewals to include one polite reminder three days before the deadline and one final reminder on the deadline, customize the reminder copy to include the account manager’s name, and test for duplicates so clients don’t receive more than two emails.
