Split PDF Files

I have three invoices and the original signed [po] that need to travel as a single file to the accounts payable team by [deadline=Wednesday]. Put the [po] first, then invoices in date order, and produce one PDF named [filename=March-PO-and-invoices.pdf] I can attach to the email.

The finance lead, [approver=Maria], hates extra pages and will only scan the first sheet. Merge the signed [po] and just the cover pages of three invoices into one clean PDF with bookmarks and page numbers, label each section, and create a one-line summary for [approver=Maria] explaining what’s included so she won’t ask for the originals.

I’ve pulled several PDFs from different senders — a signed purchase [order], three multi-page invoices, and an internal approval [memo] — and I’m unsure whether to send everything or a slimmed file. I must not lose any approval trail and I must avoid overwhelming [approver=Maria] in Accounts Payable. Tell me whether to send the full originals as separate attachments, a combined single PDF with bookmarks, or a cover-and-summary version; explain risks and give the exact [filename], order, and a one-line email note.
