Update Code Sets

I have a short lease with tenant names and bank routing numbers that must be fully anonymized before sharing with the building owner. Update the redaction code set so every instance of names, account numbers, and tenant IDs is removed and then produce a clean PDF by [deadline=Friday].

Landlord legal will reject anything that still hints at a tenant or payment amount. Adjust the redaction codes so they catch name variants, partial account digits, and invoice references, mark which rules were applied, and generate a single redacted file with a cover note the owner can read without exposing identifiers.

I have ten executed leases and my manager wants to share examples with the new partner, but finance flagged that some clauses reveal tenant names, bank routing numbers, and internal IDs. I’m unsure which redaction approach is safest: blanket removal of any numeric strings, pattern-based redaction for account numbers, or selective anonymization that replaces names with pseudonyms. Diagnose the risk of re-identification for each option, recommend the one that balances credibility and confidentiality, explain what will remain visible, and list any checks I should run before distributing the files.
