Create and save custom preset

I need a custom color, speed and crop configuration saved for future Reels. Tweak the contrast and saturation, set playback speed to 0.8 for all cutaways, apply a 9:16 crop with safe margins, then save these settings as a named preset called SlowWarm_9x16 so I can apply it across current and future projects.

Before I send this to the content team, make the effect preset easy to reuse: collect the color grade, speed change and crop into one named preset, preview it on a short clip, and show what each parameter will toggle when applied. Warn if any saved parameter will overwrite manual clip-level adjustments so I can avoid losing creative tweaks.

I built a look—+15 contrast, -10 saturation, 0.8x speed and a tight 9:16 crop—then saved it, but when I applied it to another clip the crop didn't carry over. I need to know if crops are excluded from presets or if I missed a save step. Which is more likely and what's the single check to confirm whether crop settings can be bundled into a preset here?

I keep remaking the same grade, speed and crop for every campaign because our team has no shared presets, which eats hours each week. Should I enforce a shared preset library where editors add approved looks, or get everyone to maintain a personal quick-presets file and sync weekly? Recommend the one change that yields the biggest time savings and how to roll it out without breaking current edits.
