Before I put the behind-the-scenes shots live, make it easy for the brand manager to approve. Highlight anything that reveals pricing, call out images needing model release forms, flag brand-logo inconsistencies, and suggest one caption tweak to better connect with our Instagram audience who often sees these first.

The photographer uploaded candid behind-the-scenes photos but one staff member forgot to sign a model release. The communications lead fears legal exposure if we publish. I can't tell whether to replace that image, delay all posts, or post and remove if someone objects.
