Insert files into emails

Attach the three proposal PDFs in the Proposals/June folder to an email to Mark in procurement and Priya in finance in that order, with the message that he should review and then Priya should e-sign. Before I insert these files into the client email, make approval easier. Put the executive summary as the first attachment page, rename the files so the approval step is obvious (Proposal_Approve_First.pdf), and call out any missing exhibits or signatures that would make procurement pause.
