Set up a business or creator profile

We need a business profile set up for the new studio account so clients can book and contact us. Convert this personal account to a business profile, connect it to our studio Facebook page and the studio email bookings@silverlens.com, set the category to Photography Studio, add the booking button linked to our Calendly, and make the contact info visible.

Before I flip this to a business profile, make it easy for the receptionist and our social manager to use. Surface the category and contact fields on the first screen, show how the booking button will behave on mobile, list the permissions required to link the Facebook page, and flag any missing assets like a public email or acceptable business verification docs.

I tried to convert the studio account to a business profile and it forces a Facebook Page link; the page exists but I don’t have Page admin access. I can’t get the owner on the phone until tomorrow. What’s the likely workaround so I can still add business contact info and booking button without full Page admin, and what risk does that workaround carry?

We repeatedly lose time launching new business profiles because we forget which assets or admin rights are needed and then scramble for owners’ approvals. Where are we habitually tripping up and what single checklist item or habit would prevent these delays going forward?
