Create charts for presentations

I need four visuals for next Wednesday’s leadership deck. Build a monthly revenue trend line from Jan to Jun, a stacked column showing product A vs B vs C by month, a simple pie for regional share in June, and a small table showing the three highest-variance months with the variance numbers. Put each chart on its own sheet named Trend, ProductMix, RegionJune, and TopVariance and make them copy-paste ready for PowerPoint.

Before I paste these into the board deck, make the charts presentation-ready: put the revenue trend on a white background with a clear axis label, show percent labels on the June regional pie, order the stacked columns so the largest product is on top, and add an annotation to the trend pointing out April’s spike with a one-line cause. Export high-res PNGs named Trend.png, ProductMix.png, RegionJune.png, TopVariance.png.

I just got an email from Priya: 'Need a chart for the deck' with no other detail and the meeting is Thursday. I’m afraid I’ll deliver the wrong insight and waste her time. What two chart options should I produce now that will cover the most likely asks, and what single sentence should I put in the chart caption to orient Priya so she can ask for changes quickly?

Across many decks we lose time remaking charts because stakeholders ask for different metrics and styles at the last minute. I want a repeatable approach that cuts rework and speeds approvals.
