Split text into columns

I have a raw report of 12,487 invoice lines in one column that combines date, vendor, invoice number and amount. Split that single column into four clean columns: invoice date in YYYY-MM-DD, vendor name normalized to title case, invoice number as text, and amount as a numeric value with two decimals. Do the split in place on the sheet named JanuaryRaw, keep the original column in case I need to refer back, and validate that every row produced a date and a numeric amount before I overwrite downstream formulas. Before I hand this to procurement, make the columns easy to audit and match to their master vendor list. Show the invoice amount and vendor name in the leftmost columns, move noisy codes to the right, trim extra spaces, convert apparent dates to true dates, and flag any row where the vendor cell doesn’t match exactly one vendor in our master vendor list on the sheet VendorsMaster. Also add a quick subtotal by vendor at the bottom so a reviewer can see totals without scanning. Ladder":"L2"

I pasted a feed into JanuaryRaw and the date and amount columns are coming out inconsistent; some dates are text and several amounts show #### or include commas. The procurement lead will reject the file if totals don’t match GL. I’m not sure whether the issue is that the source has inconsistent delimiters or my split formula is wrong.
