Format columns and sections

I have a two-page memo that must print as a single double-column handout for tomorrow's training. Turn the document into two columns across both pages, keep the section headings on their own lines, and make sure bullet lists don’t split across columns. Check that images align to the top of their column and that the footer with the page number remains single-column on every page.

Before I send this handout to Melissa in Training, make the structure obvious to a quick reviewer: show the column flow by keeping each section heading above its first paragraph, prevent orphans and widows in each column, pull a one-line summary of the key point to sit under the heading, and flag any long paragraphs that should be broken so readers don't lose the thread.

I just pasted a long article into the draft and the text now jumps between columns so headings are isolated and bullet lists split mid-item. I need to send a clean two-column handout to Training by 2pm and Melissa will call out anything that looks amateur. What most likely caused the breaks, what quick repairs get the layout readable in 30 minutes, and what should I check last before sending?
