Create Golden-Hour Look

I have an outdoor shot with a dull noon sky and the client wants the same warm, golden-hour feel as the campaign reference by tomorrow. I’m worried a synthetic sky swap will look fake at full-width. Tell me whether this frame can be warmed convincingly, or if I must replace the sky; if replace, say what first to match — light direction, color temperature, or shadow continuity — so I stop chasing the wrong fix under the deadline.
