Open integrated notebook

Before I start prototyping, show the notebook with execution order and outputs obvious — surface kernel name, make the cell toolbar visible, and mark unsaved changes so reviewers can see what’s new at a glance.

I tried to open the notebook I was working on and the editor didn’t show its cells. The file is in the project workspace, and I’m not sure if the kernel failed to attach or the file opened in a plain text view.
