Set timezone and date format

The blog team in New York needs posts to show Eastern Time and a readable date. Set the site timezone to New York (America/New_York) and set the date format to 'F j, Y' so posts read like 'July 17, 2026'. Update existing draft timestamps if necessary and tell Jonah the change is complete with three example post URLs.

Before I change the timezone and date format, make it easy for editors to spot affected content: show which published posts, scheduled posts, and comment timestamps will shift, flag scheduled posts that will move past a release cutoff, and recommend a rollback approach if someone objects to the new display.

I switched the site timezone to America/New_York and one scheduled post’s publish time shifted past our launch window. I don’t know whether the author scheduled in local or server time. What steps should I take now to find which posts were affected and restore the intended publish times with minimal disruption?
