This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.
The main benefit of Bulk Send is saving a lot of time and effort. Instead of sending the same disclosure document individually to each person, you can send it to hundreds or even thousands of people all at once. This makes managing large groups of signers much easier and faster, ensuring everyone gets the correct document quickly.
No, when you use Bulk Send, each recipient gets their own private copy of the disclosure. Acrobat creates up to 1,000 separate agreements from one parent template. This means signers do not see who else received or signed the document, keeping their information confidential and secure. Each agreement also has its own audit trail.
If you try to use Bulk Send without Adobe Acrobat Pro or Pro for teams, the feature will not be available to you. You will need to upgrade your Adobe Acrobat plan to access and use the Bulk Send functionality. This feature is exclusive to these professional versions.
Each document sent via Bulk Send, even though it starts from one template, creates a unique, independent agreement for every single recipient. Each of these agreements has its own separate audit trail and needs to be managed individually by the system. Because of this, each 'child' agreement is treated as a distinct transaction, counting towards your service limits. It ensures proper tracking and legal validity for every signature.
