Each NDA sent through 'Send in Bulk' is a unique legal document. Even though they come from one template, Acrobat creates a separate 'child agreement' for each signer. Each child agreement has its own audit trail and is managed individually. This is why each one counts as a transaction, ensuring legal proof and tracking for every single signed NDA.
A CSV (Comma Separated Values) file is a simple text file that stores data in a table format. Each line is a new row, and commas separate the data in each column. When using 'Send in Bulk' for NDAs, a CSV is useful because you can quickly add many recipients at once. You can also use it to set up roles or default values for fields for each person, saving a lot of time compared to adding details one by one.
