The Combine files feature puts many files together into one PDF. This is useful because it keeps everything in one place, makes it easier to share, and helps you organize your work. You can also keep bookmarks to jump to each part easily.
Combine files can have problems if your source files are damaged or have old file structures. Sometimes, only the first file appears, or the process hangs. Saving each file again with Save As can fix this by making the files fresh. Adding files one by one also helps find which file is causing trouble.
