Go to File > Combine Files.

The Combine files feature lets you put many files together into one PDF. This is useful because you can send or save all your documents as a single file, which is easier to share, print, or organize. It also lets you add bookmarks for each document, so people can quickly find what they need.
| Combine files | Attach files to email |
|---|---|
| Makes one PDF from many files | Keeps each file separate |
| Adds bookmarks for easy navigation | No bookmarks, hard to organize |
| Easier to print and share as one file | Receiver must open each file one by one |
