    Open your PDF in Adobe Acrobat.

    Click the Comments button in the toolbar or select Comments from the Tools menu to display the Comments tools and pane.

    In the Comments pane on the right, locate the comment or annotation you want to reply to, edit, or delete.

    To reply, click the Reply button below the comment, type your response, and press Post.

    To edit your own comment, hover over it, click the three dots or options icon, select Edit, make changes, and press Post.

    NoteYou can only edit comments that you have authored.

    To delete a comment, hover over it, click the three dots or options icon, and select Delete.

    NoteDeleting a comment will also remove any replies associated with it.

You can quickly manage all comments in the Comments pane, including replying, editing, or deleting without scrolling through the document.

This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.
