Sanitizing a Dispute Packet removes all comments, notes, and private data from the PDF. This is important because comments and markups are stored as a separate layer in the file, which means anyone who gets the file can see your feedback or private notes. To protect sensitive information and avoid sharing internal discussions, always sanitize before sending the file outside your team.
