Open your PDF Portfolio in Adobe Acrobat.
Click the Customize or Edit button in the secondary toolbar above the Portfolio workspace.

A PDF Portfolio offers a more professional and interactive way to present multiple files. Unlike a zip file, recipients can preview and access individual files within the Portfolio directly in Acrobat without needing to extract them first. It also provides a unified viewing experience.
For better performance, it is recommended to keep your PDF Portfolio under 15 files or 50 MB in total size. If you have many more files or much larger files, the Portfolio might open slowly or be difficult to manage. Consider splitting them into multiple Portfolios if necessary.
