This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.
When you use 'Send in Bulk', Acrobat takes your main document (the parent template) and makes a separate, independent copy for each person you send it to. Each of these individual copies is called a 'child agreement'. Each child agreement has its own audit trail, meaning its own record of who signed and when.
Yes, sending a KYC form to 750 clients using 'Send in Bulk' will count as 750 separate agreements. Each 'child agreement' created for an individual client uses up one transaction from your plan. You should check your Acrobat Pro or Pro for teams plan to ensure you have enough transactions available before sending.
Using a CSV file to add recipients for bulk sending is much faster and more efficient when you have many people. It also allows you to include more details for each recipient, such as their role, authentication methods, and even specific default field values for their document. This saves time and reduces errors compared to typing everything manually for each person.
You can generate up to 1,000 independent child agreements from one parent template when using the 'Send in Bulk' feature. This allows you to efficiently send a single document to a large group of people, with each person receiving their own unique copy for signing.
