Before I send to the three department heads, reduce confusion — include a one-line purpose and deadline in the message, attach a checklist of what to confirm, require simple acknowledgement, and enable read/acknowledge tracking so I can report who hasn't responded by Monday morning.
when the reply comes backPush once: ask it to sharpen the weakest part, and to say what it assumed.

How to do it

the tool · the steps · what to avoid
  1. 1

Log in to your Adobe Acrobat Sign enterprise account.

  2. 2

Navigate to the E-Sign section and select the option for bulk sending agreements.

  3. 3

Upload the mandatory document (such as a policy or disclosure) that requires employee acknowledgment.

  4. 4

Enter an agreement name and customize the message that will be sent to all recipients.

  5. 5

Add recipients by uploading a CSV file or manually entering employee names and email addresses.

  6. 6

Review the agreement settings to ensure compliance requirements are met (such as authentication or deadlines).

  7. 7

Initiate the bulk send to distribute individual agreements to each recipient for signature.

  8. 8

Monitor agreement status and download reports to track which employees have signed and which are outstanding.

Best practiceTo avoid email deliverability issues and domain blacklisting, consider sending in smaller batches (e.g., 10 emails per hour) if your organization has not previously bulk-sent from this domain.

You can track the signing status of each recipient in real time from the Manage dashboard after sending.

This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.

FAQ

about this task
  1. First, open Acrobat Pro or Pro for teams.
  2. Go to 'E-Sign' and select 'Send in bulk'.
  3. Add your signers either manually or by uploading a CSV file.
  4. Acrobat will then create and send a unique agreement to each person.

When you use Send in bulk, Acrobat takes your main document (the 'parent template') and creates a separate, unique document for each signer. These individual documents are called 'child agreements'. Each child agreement has its own audit trail, meaning its own record of who signed and when, and signers cannot see each other's documents.

Send in bulk will count as 500 separate transactions. Even though you start with one parent template, Acrobat creates an independent child agreement for each of the 500 signers. Each of these child agreements counts against your total transaction limits. It's important to be aware of your plan's limits before sending large batches.

A CSV file is very useful because it allows you to add many recipients at once, up to 1,000, without typing each name and email individually. More than that, a CSV can also set specific roles for each recipient, define authentication methods, and even pre-fill default field values unique to each signer. This saves a lot of time and reduces errors for large distributions.
