Open your PDF file in Adobe Acrobat.
Select the Organize Pages tool from the right pane.
In the page thumbnail view, click and hold the thumbnail of the page you want to move.
Drag the selected page thumbnail to the desired position among the other pages.
Release the mouse button to drop the page in its new location.
Repeat steps 3–5 for any additional pages you wish to rearrange.
Click Save or File > Save to keep your changes.
Best practiceIf you need to move multiple pages at once, hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) while clicking thumbnails to select them before dragging.
You can preview the new page order instantly in the thumbnail view before saving your changes.
This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.
