This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.
Using 'Share for Review' is good because it puts all comments from different people into one single file. This means you do not have to combine many marked-up invoices by hand. It makes getting feedback much faster and easier to manage.
When you share an invoice for review, Acrobat notifies you when reviewers add comments. You can also check the status of your shared document in the 'Shared by you' section to see who has responded.
You should use 'Share for Review' because emailing creates many separate copies of your invoice. Each person might mark up their own copy, and then you have to manually combine all those changes. 'Share for Review' automatically brings all comments into one central file, saving you a lot of time and effort.
When reviewers comment on a shared invoice, they need to sign in to Adobe Acrobat. This helps track who made which comments. Once signed in, they can add their feedback directly to the document.
