FAQ

about this task
  1. Open your sketch in Acrobat.
  2. Click 'Share' on the top bar.
  3. Choose to create a public link or invite specific people.
  4. Acrobat sends the sketch. Reviewers can add comments.
  5. Acrobat collects all comments into one file for you.

Using 'Share for Review' is much better than emailing. When you email, you get many separate PDFs with comments. You then have to combine all those comments by hand. 'Share for Review' automatically puts all comments from everyone into one single file. This saves you a lot of time and makes it easy to see all feedback in one place, ensuring no comments are missed.

You can easily track who has responded to your shared concept sketch. After you share, go to the 'Shared by you' section in Adobe Acrobat. This area shows you the status of your shared documents and lets you see which reviewers have already provided their comments.

If you need to share your concept sketch with people who do not have an Adobe account, you can still use 'Share for Review'. When you share, choose the option to create a public link. Anyone with this link can open and comment on your sketch. They will need to sign in to add comments, but they can create a free Adobe ID if they don't have one.
