Monitor responses in the Track section of Acrobat to see who has completed and returned their individual copy.

You can track the status of each recipient's response directly from the Track section in Acrobat after sending.
This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.
The 'filename_responses' Portfolio is a special file that Acrobat automatically creates when you distribute a form. Its purpose is to collect and organize all the answers you receive from your form recipients. This helps you keep track of all submissions in one central place.
After you distribute your form, you can use the 'Tracker' feature in Acrobat. The Tracker shows you a list of all your recipients and clearly marks who has responded and who still needs to. You can also send reminders from here.
When you click 'View Responses', Acrobat combines all the submitted answers into a single spreadsheet. This makes it easy to see all the data from everyone who filled out your form in one organized place. You can then use this spreadsheet for analysis, reporting, or to export the data to other programs.
