| Signing Order | How it Works | When to Use It |
|---|---|---|
| SEQUENTIAL | Signers get the document one after another. Person A signs, then Person B, then Person C. | Use for approvals that need a specific order, like a manager signing after an employee. |
| PARALLEL | All signers get the document at the same time. They can sign in any order. | Use when the order doesn't matter, like getting signatures from many people on a consent form. |

Yes, after you send a document for e-signature, you can track its progress in Acrobat. You can see who has signed and who still needs to sign. This helps you know where the document is in the signing process and if any action is needed.
If a signer's email address is typed incorrectly, they will not receive the e-signature request. The document will not be delivered to them. You will need to correct the email address and resend the request to ensure they get the document and can sign it.
