You can monitor the status of each recipient’s signature from the Manage tab after sending in bulk.
This runs in the Acrobat app - there is no separate API for this task.
When you send one document, you choose recipients one by one for that specific document. Bulk Send lets you use one main document (a parent template) to create and send up to 1,000 separate documents (child agreements) to many different people at once. Each child agreement is unique and has its own audit trail.
Each child agreement created by Bulk Send is a completely separate and independent document. It has its own unique audit trail and is treated as a distinct e-signature transaction. Because of this, each one counts individually against your total transaction limit. This ensures that every signer receives a legally valid and trackable document, but it also means you need to manage your transaction allowance carefully.
A CSV (Comma Separated Values) file is a simple text file that stores data in a table format. For Bulk Send, you use a CSV file to quickly add many signers at once. You can also use it to define specific roles for each signer, set up how they prove their identity, and even add default text into fields for each person's document.
No, signers will not see each other's information when you use Bulk Send. Each of the 500 documents is a separate 'child agreement'. This means each signer receives their own private document. They only see the document they need to sign, not who else received the same parent template.
