To verify digital signatures across your company, you can use Adobe Acrobat's built-in tools to check if each signature is valid and trusted. For large groups, set up automated checks or create company-wide policies so everyone follows the same steps.
Auditing digital signatures for compliance means checking that all signed documents meet your organization's rules and any legal standards. This helps make sure documents are real, unchanged, and signed by the right people.
Verifying digital signatures keeps your company safe from fake or changed documents. It helps prove who signed the document and that it hasn’t been edited since it was signed.
Yes, there are other tools that can check digital signatures, but Adobe Acrobat is common in many businesses. Make sure any tool you use follows your company’s rules and can handle all your documents.
If a signature does not meet your compliance rules, you should contact the signer or the document owner to fix the issue. You may need to reject the document or ask for a new, properly signed version.
