Before I send this to procurement, make the financial comparison easy to pick. Surface the effective annual cost and total cost over three years at the top, make fees and APRs searchable by product name, and flag any product whose early-termination fee would change the rank order of total cost for the baseline customer profile.

I recalculated APRs and the ranking of cheapest product changed when I added a one-time origination fee; Priya will push procurement on the APR number and Ahmed will focus on fees. I don’t know whether to present APR rank or total-cost rank. Which is the more defensible single headline for procurement and what should I include to avoid confusion?
