I must deliver a feasibility study first draft on the solar microgrid for the remote comms site by Friday so leadership can review caps. Prepare a workbook that lays out capital cost, O&M, estimated generation by month, payback period, and three sensitivity runs for load growth and panel degradation. Before I send the draft to Emma in strategy and Tom the CFO, make approval easy: surface net present value and simple payback at the top, put the two assumptions that would make Tom say no (battery replacement cost and fuel-offset rate) in a flagged box, and make the months with lowest generation obvious.
