Before I send this to the registrar, make it easy to act on. Put students over the 10% threshold at the top with their contact details and last three absence dates, flag patterns of consecutive absences, and add a column suggesting whether outreach should be academic, health, or disciplinary. Make the summary printable and note any missing teacher submissions.
