Verify the scenario formulas and ensure any manual overrides are clearly noted before I send.

Before I present risk controls to the steering committee, make the sheet actionable: put the biggest single control opportunity up top, show expected risk reduction percentage and required budget, and flag controls that need procurement lead approval. Make the mitigation steps short and specify which owner must certify completion with a date.

I updated procurement on a supplier delay that doubles lead time for a key reagent. I’m afraid our buffer stock assumptions are now false and a trial milestone may slip.
