Meetings

Schedule and manage meetings with attendees, locations, and online conferencing options.

    Open Outlook and go to your Calendar.

    On the Home tab, select New Meeting.

    Enter a meeting Subject.

    Add attendees' email addresses in the To field.

    Select a suggested time slot, or manually enter a date, start and end time.

    Turn on the Teams meeting toggle to add online meeting information.

    Select Send to send the meeting invite.

To create a follow-up meeting, open the existing appointment and a new appointment, then drag and drop attendees.

Outlook meetings can be automated and managed programmatically using Microsoft Graph API.
