Make RFI handling consistent across the office — ask IT to install a Project RFI email template, create a mailbox rule that tags subjects with 'RFI' as Red and auto‑files them into Projects\RFIs, and provide a quick step for staff to issue RFIs with the correct subject line; ask IT to roll this out to all project mailboxes and confirm deployment timing.
