The Outlook Calendar helps you manage your schedule, create events, and coordinate meetings efficiently.

    Open new Outlook for Windows or Outlook on the web.

    Select any time slot in the Outlook Calendar.

    Start to type to create your appointment or event.

    Add a title, location, and time.

    To create a new calendar, select the Home tab.

    Select Create blank calendar.

    Enter a name for your new calendar.

    Under Add to, select where to place it.
