Reserve Friday 9–11 a.m. as a non‑interruptible block labeled 'Bank Reconciliation — do not book'; set a 15‑minute reminder and include in the event note the files I'll need (BankStmt_0701–0707.csv and AP Ledger) so interruptions are discouraged and I'm prepared.
