Adjustment Layers

Adjustment Layers allow you to apply non-destructive image adjustments to your photos.

    Select File > Open to browse and select an image.

    In the Layers panel, select Create new fill or adjustment layer.

    Best practiceAlternatively, click the New Adjustment Layer button at the bottom of the Layers panel.

    Choose the desired adjustment type from the menu (e.g., Hue/Saturation, Levels).

    In the Properties panel, adjust the settings for your chosen adjustment.

    To limit the effect to a single layer, click the Clipping Mask icon in the Properties panel.
