Presentation View allows you to see your speaker notes and control your presentation while the audience sees only the slides.

    Open your presentation in PowerPoint.

    Select the Slide Show tab.

    In the Monitors section, ensure the Use Presenter View checkbox is selected.

    NoteIf this option is greyed out, check your display settings.

    In the Start Slide Show group, select From Beginning.

    Best practiceTo practice Presenter View with only one screen, press Alt+F5 to start the slideshow.

    Use the navigation arrows to go forward and backward through your slides.
