Create one slide that proves to the client the revised design change keeps the project on schedule and under budget: add a clear summary headline, show the updated critical-path date and the net budget variance number, and highlight the single savings figure so it reads in one glance.
when the reply comes backPush once: ask it to sharpen the weakest part, and to say what it assumed.

Before I send this to Priya in procurement and the client team, make the slide impossible to contest: surface the baseline vs revised critical-path dates at the top, show the original and current budget lines with the net delta highlighted in green, call out assumptions that would make a reviewer hesitate (three bullets), and add a single takeaway sentence for the PM to read aloud.
when the reply comes backPush once: ask it to sharpen the weakest part, and to say what it assumed.

Because you rarely think 'I want the redaction tool'. You think 'I have to share this without leaking the client's details'. Start from the need, and the feature finds you.

Real. Every job here was drawn from what people in real roles were actually seen doing in PowerPoint — not a feature checklist.

No. Each page gives you a ready prompt you can paste into an AI assistant, plus the plain steps to do it yourself. Start with either — the goal is the finished job, not the tool.
