Before I give this to inspectors, reduce bounce‑backs—turn each checklist item into a pass/fail checkbox with the exact acceptance threshold (e.g., control point residual <0.10m), add a mandatory comment field for failures, and add the final approver's name.

  4. 4

On the slide, click and drag to draw the text box to your desired size and position.

  5. 5

Click inside the text box and type or paste your text.

  6. 6

To move the text box, select it and drag it when the pointer becomes a four-headed arrow.

  7. 7

To format text, select the text within the box and choose options from the Font section on the Home tab.

Questions people ask

honest answers

Because you rarely think 'I want the redaction tool'. You think 'I have to share this without leaking the client's details'. Start from the need, and the feature finds you.

Real. Every job here was drawn from what people in real roles were actually seen doing in PowerPoint — not a feature checklist.

No. Each page gives you a ready prompt you can paste into an AI assistant, plus the plain steps to do it yourself. Start with either — the goal is the finished job, not the tool.
