Print

Print your PowerPoint slides, handouts, or notes for various documentation and reporting needs.

    Open your presentation in PowerPoint.

    Select the File tab.

    Select Print.

    For Printer, select the printer you want to use.

    For Settings, select the desired options.

    NoteOptions include printing all slides, specific slides, or an outline view.

    To print speaker notes, select Notes Pages under Print Layout.

    Best practicePrinting notes pages is useful for field reference and audit preparation.

    To print comments, click the Full Page Slides button and check the Print Comments box.

    To save as a PDF, select File > Export, then Create PDF/XPS Document.

To create handouts in Microsoft Word, use File > Export > Create Handouts.
