Format so the council planner, Lucy Patel, can forward it to the ecology team for review next Tuesday.

Before I submit this draft to planning, make it easier for the ecology reviewer to sign off: put the most significant risks (flooding, nesting season disruption) at the top, add a bulleted mitigation options list with estimated costs or timescales, and flag any missing baseline data that would make an ecologist hesitate to approve.

I just heard from Dr. Morgan in ecology who says the assessment needs baseline invertebrate survey data before they can comment. The council planner, the developer, and I are on the line.
