Before I hand this up to the crew lead, make the rigging plan quicker to scan: put the maximum load per anchor at the top, call out which lines are life vs. haul, highlight any equipment we must rent, and flag spots where a second climber’s judgment will be required.

We’re on site at 412 Maple and Tom, the foreman, just told me the chosen oak anchor is questionable after hammer testing. I’m the arborist responsible for safety and the crew waits.
