It sits calm, then the whole face snaps to shock and holds — eyes blow open, mouth drops to an O, body recoils, leaf jumps. Watch the dwell: it stays in each state, it doesn't bob continuously. That hold is the difference.

The rule going into the generator: motion must be the emotion enacted as two held states — a before and a peak — that snap between each other, with the whole expression changing together. Not a finished shape that gets bobbed, shaken, or pulsed. Keyframes dwell on each scene (e.g. 0–35% A, 48–88% B) so the eye reads "calm… then shock," like a tiny two-frame animation.
