Set up artboards for export for the Q3 campaign: create artboards for social posts at Instagram feed 1080x1080, story 1080x1920, and LinkedIn 1200x627, plus print poster at 24x36 inches with 0.125 inch bleed. Before I hand these files to the content ops lead, make export simple: put export-ready artboards first in the file with exact pixel dimensions in the filenames, include a single artboard with crop marks and bleed for print, and flag any images under 300ppi or fonts not outlined that could block printing.

The print vendor just flagged the 24x36 poster as low-res and the content lead assumes we can upsample. I’m worried we can’t salvage the hero image and can’t tell whether the designer has the source. What’s the likely diagnosis, the fastest salvage options, and what do I tell the content lead about schedule impact?
