Add and edit markers

I need the review markers in the timeline updated before tomorrow’s client cut. Add a green marker at 00:12:08 with the note “tighten pacing here — remove 2 frames”; add a yellow marker at 00:34:22 labeled “color check — faces too warm”; and move the existing red marker from 00:45:10 to 00:45:06. Confirm each marker has the correct color, timestamp, and text, then export the marker list as a CSV and attach it to the Friday handoff email to Priya in post and Thomas the producer.

Before I send the rough cut to the client, make the timeline easy to review by surfacing markers. Put a summary marker track at the top with five-word labels for every scene change, flag anything longer than 12 seconds with a yellow marker, and mark all technical issues (sync, noise, dropped frames) in red. Export a one-page marker summary that starts with the two biggest risks a reviewer will notice: audio hiss at 00:03:40 and a jump cut at 00:18:12.

I just finished adding markers for the producer’s notes and exported the marker list; Priya says the color correction marker is missing from Scene 4 and the client review is at 9am tomorrow. I’m worried we’ll miss that correction in the final render but I don’t know if the colorist can finish another quick pass tonight. What’s the safest next step to ensure the client sees the corrected color without delaying the review, and how should I communicate options to Priya and the colorist?

Over the last six projects we keep redoing markers at handoff — producers add notes in email, editors re-enter them in the timeline, and clients complain reviews feel inconsistent.
