Before I share the welcome sign with the venue contact, make it approval‑friendly: put the event name and time where a venue manager will see them first, make the directional arrow large and contrasty for readability from 10 feet, and flag any small text that won’t reproduce at 24x36. Call out one potential onsite placement issue the venue might raise.

I sent the welcome sign proof and the venue asked whether the arrow will be visible from the driveway and readable from 25 feet. I couldn’t test in place and I’m not sure if the arrow size and contrast are sufficient. What’s the most likely reason they’re worried, and what immediate tweak should I make so the sign works at a distance before re‑sending?
