Share files with collaborators

Share the Q3 marketing deck with Priya, Marco, and Jamal so they can comment. Put the deck into the Marketing Campaigns folder, grant commenter access, and send them a message saying comment by Friday at 5pm. Confirm each recipient received access and can leave comments.

Before I share the proposal with the client team, make it easy for them to approve. Create a short note at the top explaining what needs review, add a comments-only link for external reviewers, and include a checklist of three decision points (price, timeline, deliverables). Flag anything that will trigger legal review so I can warn procurement.

I gave the client a link to the draft deck and they replied they can view but not comment. The procurement contact is impatient and the program manager blames me for delays. I don't know whether I granted the wrong access or they need a different account. Should I re-share with commenter access, ask for screenshots, or request their email for direct invite? Which is fastest and least awkward to restore collaboration?
