Upload files and folders

Before I hand this folder link to the account lead, make it easy for them to find deliverables and review dates. Surface the latest slide deck and the final contract at the top, show total upload size, flag any files larger than 50 MB that might need the client’s permission, and mark any filenames that look like internal drafts or versions they shouldn’t see.

I just tried uploading the Q3-Launch folder for Acme and the transfer failed with a size-related error. The account lead needs the materials Monday morning and I cannot see which file pushed it over the limit. I don’t know whether to split the folder, compress content, or contact the client for alternate delivery. What is the likely cause and the fastest next move so the team has access by Monday?

Every quarter I spend hours re-uploading project folders, resolving duplicate filenames, and re-sending links when teammates can’t open large files. It costs my time and delays reviews. What habit or small process change will stop this happening: reduce upload retries, avoid name collisions, and make shared folders reliably accessible to the team?
